HR professionals could never have imagined the challenges that COVID-19 has brought. The uncertainties have crushed global economies, employees are in stressful situations, and HR professionals are trying their best to keep everything in perspective and aligned.

The top priority for HR professionals is crisis response and how to keep their employees engaged and motivated. They need to set new guidelines and change policies if needed and provide the right communication channels and tools for remote work.

They need to reframe job descriptions and expectations to accommodate part-time, full-time, and remote working definitions. New mechanisms will be required to monitor the productivity of employees working remotely.

To enable their employees to work remotely, the performance management system may need a complete overhaul and revised policies and guidelines should address resource availability and utilization.

Ashish Vidyarthi, a national award-winning actor who has worked across 11 languages in 200 plus films, has reinvented himself successfully in an additional avatar of being a prolific speaker and motivational interventionist.

With his igniting talks and bespoke motivational workshops, he has impacted the lives of working professionals from over 200 organizations across the globe.

He is also the Co-founder of Ashish Vidyarthi and Associates.

Ashish is a traveller and a motivational speaker. His journey of over three decades comprise amazing experiences across varied cultures and geographies that have helped him discover inner resources to celebrate the 'journey' itself.

Through his curated Workshops and Conversations, Ashish Vidyarthi - the Avid Miner, helps bring out the champion that lies within each one of us. Being an actor, a thought leader, motivational speaker, and an Ignite Conversationalist, he creates learning programs keeping in mind how conversations flow with people within their organisation... so even though it may be a workshop on storytelling, communication, negotiation, executive presence, or others, he makes it topical by adding references of what they are dealing with in their real lives. With over three and a half decades of Solutions experience, Ajay has been involved in structuring innovative solutions. His focus is helping businesses and communities communicate better by conceptualizing, managing, and delivering high-impact and reliable technology-based solutions.

Has been associated with the Development Sector for the past 25 years.

For over 20 years, he held senior management positions with large organizations such as Microsoft Corporation, The World Bank, GIZ, Delhi Government, Crompton Greaves, IDEMIA. His primary focus was selling, creating, and implementing large state and national level programs with scopes known for their uniqueness and versatility.

In this time, he has been involved in structuring innovative solutions focusing on helping businesses, communities, and states by conceptualizing, managing, and delivering high-impact solutions affecting real-life challenges faced across a variety of sectors.

He specializes in Organisational Strategy, Project Management & People-Centric initiatives. He also works with Startups & MSME's assisting them in realizing short & long term business objectives.

SADHANA RAO - Senior Consultant

A multi-faceted professional, Sadhana Rao has an experience of over 33 years in Human Resource, Training & Development, Customer Relations Management, and Sales & Marketing. She has managed and led large teams and designed HR systems to reduce absenteeism and increase productivity. She has also devised marketing strategies to increase sales.

In her last assignment, she served as Vice President - HR and Learning & Development. Before that, she has served large organisations in the Airline industry, Training consultancy, and the BPO sectors.

She has conducted both in-house and open training programmes for various MNCs, Corporates, and Public Sector organisations on a pan-India basis. She is a Visiting Faculty for various Management Institutes in Northern India.

Her areas of expertise are leadership, negotiation, planning & execution and organisation development.

She holds a Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Commerce and Masters in Business Administration specialising in HR and Marketing. She has also earned an Honours Diploma in Network-Centered Computing and an Advanced Diploma in German language. She is a certified Train-the-Trainer and an Organisation Development Specialist.

She received the 'Women Super Achiever Award' in 2012 by the 7th Employer Branding Awards and the '10 Most Talented HR Professionals in India Award' in 2013 by the World HRD Congress.

T RANGANATH - Senior Consultant

Ranganath is a Post Graduate in social sciences from JNU, New Delhi. He started his career with HCL in 1980. As a young sales trainee he quickly learnt the key points of professional selling which helped him grow at a remarkable pace in the office automation industry. By the late 80's he was moved to corporate marketing where he was a key member of the team which launched a new product line in his capacity as a senior product manager.

Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, he co founded the 'Next Generation' group of IT companies in 1993. While he went on to become the MD of Crescent Software Solutions (a company that introduced, sold & supported innovative leading edge global products).

His learnings covered most aspects of management - his key interest and focus remained with Business Development, Employee Empowerment and Conflict Resolution. He strongly believes that the key issues that enable success for any organization are defined by how well the human asset is synchronized with management objectives and operational prudence.

Even as sales and marketing remained at the core of his competence, Ranganath decided to move into the consulting space in 2002. His experience, competence & skills in Sales, Marketing, HR and OD have been sought across industry verticals and he has provided training, consulting and advisory services to companies in the Education, Power, Print Media, IT, HR, Healthcare, Internet & Digital media, and Marketing Communication sectors.

KAVITHA ALVA - Senior Consultant

A certified Strategic Performance Management Practitioner from XLRI, Kavitha has over 21 years of experience working with Corporates and individuals. She is also trained to use Yoga, REBT, Hypnotherapy, Graphology, EFT and Art Therapy.
